PERSONALIZATION
Can I personalize my product?
Yes. All of our products can be personalized with initials, names, or exclusive Intintus designs. Each piece is individually hand-painted on Saffiano leather.
Are all products customizable?
Most of our pieces can be personalized. However, our t-shirt line, thermoses, and stationery items (except for the Intintus agenda) are not eligible for customization. These products come with pre-set designs.
How do I personalize my piece?
During checkout, you’ll see a personalization field where you can enter your name or initials. If you want a special design, you can message us on WhatsApp or Instagram after placing your order—make sure to include your order number.
Can I see a preview before it's made?
Yes. Our website allows real-time customization: enter your initials or name, choose your colors, and preview the final result on screen.
Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly due to leather texture or your device's screen calibration.

Yes, slight differences may occur due to lighting, leather texture, and painting techniques. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made especially for you.
PRODUCTION & TIMING
How long will my order take?
Between 3 to 7 business days for personalized pieces.
Some non-personalized items are ready for immediate shipping.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
No. Once your order is confirmed, the personalization process begins and design or color changes are no longer possible.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Venezuela and to various international destinations.
How long does delivery take?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and delivery updates.

Can I send my purchase as a gift?
Yes. You can request gift wrapping and add a personalized note at checkout.
MATERIALS & QUALITY
What materials do you use?
We work with high-quality Saffiano leather, microfiber, metal hardware, and other premium finishes.
Will the paint wear off over time?
No. We use professional sealing techniques to ensure durability.
However, we recommend avoiding extreme friction, moisture, or harsh cleaning products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange a personalized piece?
No. Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions apply only in cases of factory defects reported within 48 hours, accompanied by photos.
INTINTUS WARRANTY
What does the warranty cover?
Your purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, hardware issues, or seam problems.
It does not cover damage due to misuse, impact, moisture, or excessive wear.
CORPORATE & WHOLESALE ORDERS
Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?
Yes. We offer logo customization, branded packaging, and corporate color options. Perfect for events, brand activations, or institutional gifts.
Can I sell Intintus in my store?
